That's why we have streamlined processes to help you address issues like a broken bat, whether you've purchased your item or are enjoying it as part of our membership program. Here's what to do if you find yourself with a broken bat.

For Purchased Items

If you purchased your bat from us, here's how you can get assistance:

  1. Log into Your Account: The first step is to access your account on the Bat Club USA website. Your account is the gateway to all your purchases and support needs.

  2. Find Your Item: Once logged in, navigate to your purchase history to find the bat in question. It's important to identify the exact item to ensure a smooth support process.

  3. Download Invoice: After locating your bat in the purchase history, you will see an option to "Download Invoice" for the item. Please download and save this invoice, as it may be necessary for any warranty claims or further support.

  4. File Warranty Claim: Warranty claims are made through the manufacturer's website. Please note that warranties are valid for 12 months after purchase unless additional protection was purchased.

  5. IF PURCHASED EXTENDED WARRANTY: For out of warranty items that purchased an extended warranty, log into extend.com to process your claims.

For Members

If you are a Bat Club USA member and your bat breaks, the process is slightly different. Depending on your membership tier, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Your Account: Access your account on the Bat Club USA website. Your membership details and benefits are managed here.

  2. Navigate to the Switch Process:

    • If you're an MVP member, look for the "MVP Switch" option within your account dashboard. This option is designed to facilitate a quick and efficient exchange process for MVP members.
    • If you're a Pro member, select the "Pro Switch" option. This is tailored for Pro members' exchange needs, ensuring you get back to the game as soon as possible.
  3. Follow the Switch Process Instructions: Each switch option will guide you through a few simple steps to report your broken bat and initiate the exchange process. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a seamless switch.
