Our shipping turnaround time once an order is placed is typically 1-2 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless a faster option is chosen. If you would like to upgrade shipping, pleas contact us so we can let you know the difference in price required to upgrade. Please note that some items are ordered from the manufacturer once you place your order. If this is the case, our team will email you an expected shipping date.

If you order has not shipped in 1-2 business days, it typically means we are awaiting more information from you. The 4 most common delays for shipping are:

1. We are waiting on requested address verification.
2. We are waiting for you to return your previous item that you are shipping.
3. Your account or an associated account is past due preventing us from shipping until the balance is paid.
