Why Ship Now Fees Are Higher

The "Ship Now" fees are higher than the "Return My Item First" fees for a few reasons:

  • Immediate Shipping: We prioritize the shipping of your new bat, ensuring you receive it as quickly as possible, often before your return is processed.
  • Inventory Management: Handling multiple items simultaneously requires more complex inventory and logistical management.
  • Increased Shipping Costs: Shipping two bats in two different directions (one to you and one back to us) incurs higher shipping costs.

Fee Structure

  • Ship Now Fee: MVP - $75, Pro $85
  • Return My Item First Fee: MVP - $0, Pro $30

These fees are determined based on the average cost of shipping and handling for bats within the United States and are subject to change based on carrier rates and operational costs.

How to Request a Switch
